Abstract
It is possible to stably supply a gas obtained by gasifying a material to a process chamber. There is provided a technique that includes: (a) exhausting a process gas containing a specified gas obtained by gasifying a material stored in a container such that the process gas is exhausted without passing through a process chamber; and (b) supplying the process gas to the process chamber, wherein a cycle comprising at least (b) is performed a plurality of times, and wherein, in a first execution of the cycle, (b) is performed by switching from (a) when a flow rate of the specified gas reaches a saturated state.
