Abstract

The communication conversion adapter (4) is a conversion apparatus that performs interconversion between wired communication and wireless communication, and includes a selector (11), and a large capacity memory (10) that is connected to the selector (11). The selector (11) switches between the path (106) through which internal data that is input to the large capacity memory (10) passes, and a path (107) through which external data that is output from the large capacity memory (10) passes. The large capacity memory (10) receives an internal process to be performed on the internal data by way of the path (106), and receives an external process to be performed on the external data by way of the path (107).
