Abstract
The disclosure relates to a microphone input coupling circuit (500) comprising a sigma-delta ADC (501) and a DC control loop (508) connected to receive a digital output signal (506) from the ADC and configured to provide a DC correction signal (Dcorr) to a feedback DAC (507) of the ADC (501), the DC control loop (508) comprising a low pass filter (702) configured to extract a DC offset from the digital output signal to generate the DC correction signal (Dcorr), wherein the feedback DAC (507) is configured to apply a DC offset to the feedback signal (dac_out) according to the DC correction signal (Dcorr).
