Abstract
The invention is directed at an electronic control device (14) for a motor vehicle (34), comprising a housing (10) with a housing interior (16), a printed circuit board (18) with at least one electronic component arranged inside the housing interior (16), wherein the at least one electronic component is thermally coupled to an inner housing surface, and a cooling device, comprising a cooling structure (20), which is at least partially integrated into an outer housing surface, and a fan (22) for generating a cooling airflow (30), which is directed at the cooling structure (20). The cooling structure (20) comprises a truncated cone (28) extending from the outer housing surface and pointing towards the fan (22), wherein the truncated cone (28) comprises radially extending airflow control ribs (32).
