Abstract
The innovative catheter-based system comprises a catheter (1000) able to map, ablate, and/or to deliver at least a therapeutic agent into at least a target area of a cardiac tissue, the catheter (1000) includes a therapeutic ablator device (100) disposed in a distal portion of the catheter (1000), the therapeutic ablator device (100) comprises: a drug delivery portal (110), able to drug locally released; a plurality of railings (120) arranged symmetrically and parallel to the drug delivery portal (110).
