Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a battery suspension arrangement for a vehicle, the battery suspension arrangement comprising: a frame bracket configured to be connected to a frame of the vehicle, a battery bracket configured to be directly or indirectly connected to a traction battery, and a bushing bracket pivotably connected to the frame bracket about a predefined pivot axis, the bushing bracket comprising a bushing, wherein the bushing bracket is configured to pivot between a first position in which the bushing is spaced apart from the battery bracket, and a second position in which the bushing engages the battery bracket to support the battery bracket relative to the frame bracket.
