Abstract
An aqueous ink for inkjet recording for forming an image on a fabric contains a pigment, a binder, and a crosslinking agent. The binder may be a polyurethane resin having a polyester backbone. The crosslinking agent may be an oxazoline group-containing compound. A ratio of an amount of the binder to an amount of the pigment is 1.40 or greater. A ratio of an amount of the crosslinking agent to an amount of the binder is 0.15 or greater.
