Abstract

An information processing system includes a processor configured to: acquire information on paper printed in a series of processes; specify a reference fixing temperature for each of plural paper discharge sections in a case where the paper printed in the series of processes is discharged to the plural paper discharge sections and a variation among fixing temperatures set for the paper discharged to each of the plural paper discharge sections as fixing temperatures for fixing an image to the paper is within a predetermined range; and determine a printing order of the paper printed in the series of processes such that the paper is printed in order from a paper discharge section with a lowest reference fixing temperature without changing an arrangement order of the paper discharged to each of the paper discharge sections.
