Abstract
A connector assembly comprises a housing, and a plurality of inlays, each inlay being adapted to receive two terminals, wherein the housing comprises inlay reception chambers adapted to receive the inlays. A method of connecting an inlay for a connector assembly with a twisted wire pair comprises the steps: a) providing the inlay, the wire pair and a twisting machine; b) twisting the wire pair on the twisting machine; c) connecting the inlay with the twisted wire pair without removing the wire pair from the twisting machine; and d)after steps a) to c): mounting the inlay into the housing.
