Abstract

When it is determined that a session start request (32) transmitted from an information processing apparatus (200) indicates a lower security level than a predetermined security level, a controller (100) for FA (Factory Automation) determines whether or not the session start request satisfies a predetermined condition for indicating validity of the request, when it is determined that the predetermined condition is satisfied, the controller (100) sets the lower security level on a session established by the session start request, and when it is determined that the session start request indicates the predetermined security level, the controller (100) sets the predetermined security level on the session.
