Abstract
The present disclosure relates to semiconductor structures and, more particularly, to seal ring structures and methods of manufacture. The structure includes: a trench structure in a GaN stack of material; an ohmic metal contacting an upper surface of the GaN stack of material on a side of the trench structure; and a seal ring structure vertically extending from and in contact with the ohmic metal, on a side of the trench structure.
