Abstract

The present invention relates to a display method and a display device, which are applicable to an intelligent cockpit. The display method includes: receiving (S11) a display switching instruction for a first display area (201) of a display device (110) in a vehicle, where the display switching instruction is used to instruct a display interface in the first display area (201) to be switched from a first interface to a second interface; and displaying (S12) the second interface in the first display area (201) in response to the display switching instruction, where layout positions of display elements in the second interface within the first display area (201) are adaptively determined according to a position of the first display area (201) of the display device (110).
