Abstract

The disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method (1000) for providing control data for a guidance in a building, comprising: receiving service request data (1100) indicating at least one of a first location and a second location as well as a customization parameter from a provider of the service request data; receiving property data (1200) indicating a current location from at least one of the provider of the service request data and an assistance in the building; and providing control data (1300) indicating at least one of a first route guidance determined based on the service request data and the property data, and a second route guidance determined based on the service request data to at least one of the provider and the assistance. The disclosure further relates to a data processing system, a computer program product, and a computer-readable storage.
