Abstract

The disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method for providing control data (1000) to at least one guidance robot configured for use with a transportation system in a building, comprising: receiving service request data (1100) indicating at least one of a first location and a second location; receiving robot data (1200) indicating a location of the at least one guidance robot; and providing the control data (1300) indicating at least one of a first route guidance for the at least one guidance robot determined based on the service request data and the robot data and a second route guidance for the at least one guidance robot determined based on the service request data. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method for controlling a guidance robot (2000), comprising: providing robot data (2100); and controlling the guidance robot (2200) based on received control data indicative of at least one of the first route guidance and the second route guidance.
