Abstract
A method for selecting measurements for positioning is disclosed. The method may include calculating (405), by an initiator device, a plurality of distance measurements, determining (410), by the initiator device, that a difference between a first value and a second value of the plurality of distance measurements is greater than a threshold, in response to the difference being greater than the threshold, dividing (415), by the initiator device, the plurality of distance measurements into N clusters, selecting (420), by the initiator device (108), a first cluster from among the N clusters based on a number of distance measurements in the first cluster, and outputting (425), by the initiator device, a distance between the initiator device and a responder device based on the distance measurements in the first cluster.
