Abstract

A fixing device includes a fixing member, a pressure member, and an entry guide member. The entry guide member has a guide surface. The entry guide member includes a first guide surface portion and a second guide surface portion. The first guide surface portion extends along a part of a circumference of a first circular shape having a center closer to the fixing member than a fixing straight line extending a straight line connecting an upstream end and a downstream end of the pressurizing region. The second guide surface portion continuous to a downstream side of the first guide surface portion, and extends along a part of a circumference of a second circular shape having a center closer to the pressure member than the fixing straight line. A curvature of the second guide surface portion is larger than a curvature of the first guide surface portion.
