Abstract
The invention is related to a method for controlling an operating device of a load, wherein the operating device comprises a converter, comprising the steps of:determining (S11), by a controller, an operating mode to be a normal mode or a standby mode of the operating device; and in case the determined operating mode is the normal mode, controlling (S21), by the controller, the first output of the converter to output a target voltage; and in case the determined operating mode is the standby mode, controlling (S22), by the controller, the second output of the converter to output the target voltage; wherein the first output of the converter provides a voltage to the load and the second output of the converter provides a voltage for operating the controller.
