Abstract

Embodiments of this application provide a power conversion apparatus and a power cabinet including the power conversion apparatus, and relate to the field of energy technologies. The power conversion apparatus is configured to perform power conversion on input electric energy for output. The power conversion apparatus includes an apparatus housing, a circuit board, a power device, and a substrate. The circuit board is fastened in the apparatus housing. The power device is fastened to the circuit board. The substrate is located in the apparatus housing. The substrate includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a first insulation layer fastened between the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The first metal layer is connected to the circuit board or the power device. The substrate further includes a through hole and a conductor. The through hole goes through the first metal layer and the first insulation layer. The conductor penetrates the through hole and connects the first metal layer and the second metal layer. During operation of the power conversion apparatus, a voltage to ground of a part that is of the circuit board or the power device and that is configured to connect to the first metal layer remains unchanged.
