Abstract
In the semiconductor device according to the inventive concept, part of a multi-layer wiring structure (ML) located in a wiring region (MA) of a peripheral circuit structure (PERI) may be replaced by a replacement process to form a capacitor structure (CS), and thus, there is the effect of improving electrical characteristics and reliability due to an increase in the area of the capacitor structure.
