Abstract
The present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The battery cell includes an electrode assembly, a housing, and an insulating film, where the electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing, and the insulating film is disposed on an outer surface of the housing. Since the outer surface of the housing of the battery cell is provided with an insulating film having insulation performance, the battery cell has good insulation capability and is not prone to short-circuiting with adjacent battery cells, which is conducive to improving the reliability of the battery.
