Abstract
Provided is a steel pipe or tube that exhibits excellent fatigue resistance when used in high-pressure hydrogen infrastructure. The steel pipe or tube has a defined chemical composition, and a number density of internal voids having a length of 200 pm or more in the wall thickness direction is 100/100 cm<2> or less.
