A turbine blade having a dovetail (7) and an airfoil (2) extending therefrom and having a tip (8) with a squealer cavity (9) formed therein, a leading edge (3) and a trailing edge (4) which are located opposite to each other, and a pressure side (6) and a suction side (5) which are opposite to each other and extend between the leading edge (3) and the trailing edge (4); wherein the turbine blade comprises an internal cooling system arranged in an internal space defined between the pressure side (5) the suction side (6), the trailing edge (4) and the leading edge (3); the internal cooling system comprising a serpentine second cooling passage (21) extending through the dovetail (7) and the airfoil (2) and having a second inlet (23) disposed in the dovetail (7), longitudinal first, second and third subpassages (21a, 21b, 21c) extending preferably through the entire extension of the airfoil (2) and successively connected with each other by turns being arched parts of the second cooling passage (21) and at least one second tip cooling hole (14) exiting in the squealer cavity (9) of the tip (8) and connected to an end of one of the first, second and third subpassage (21a, 21b, 21c); the cooling system further comprising a vertical row of third cooling holes (13) connected to the second cooling passage (21) and located in the area of trailing edge (4) of the airfoil (2); is characterized in that in the tip (8), in the vicinity of the trailing edge (3) at least one ventilation hole (16) is arranged, which is connected to the second cooling passage (21) and inclined with respect to the top surface of the tip (8) towards the trailing edge (4), for cooling a corner area formed by the tip (8) and the trailing edge (4) of the airfoil (2). |

The subject of the invention relates to a phase-change heat exchanger comprising a plate (1) of the exchanger, a set of pipes (10) through which the working medium flows, heating elements (5) arranged directly below the plate (1) of the exchanger or integrated into it, and a hydraulic system with a control unit (8), wherein the plate (1) of the heat exchanger with the pipe system (10) and heating elements (5) is immersed in a tank (Z) filled with a liquid phase-change medium, preferably water, characterized in that the plate (1) of the heat exchanger is positioned near the bottom of the tank (Z) filled with phase-change medium, preferably horizontally, such that above the plate (1) of the exchanger, there is a column of phase-change medium, preferably water, and the plate (1) is equipped with a number of protrusions (4), arranged next to each other in parallel rows across the entire surface of the plate (1), wherein these protrusions (4) are in the form of elongated rectangular prisms with a base chosen from: a polygon or a figure formed from segments of curves, including figures formed from segments of ellipses, and side walls (2) that converge at an angle at the apex part of the protrusion (4), wherein the apex part is in the form of an apex (4') in which the side walls (2) converge at an angle α ranging from 30° to 120°, preferably between 45° and 90°, in a shape chosen from: an apex with a sharp-edged tip, a truncated apex, or an apex equipped with a convex socket part (12) running along the apex section of the protrusion (4). |

Zusammenfassung
Method of manufacturing tools with a working layer prepared from metal with a 3D printing technology, according to the invention is characterised in that a base plate made of structural steel, preferably a S235, is mounted within a workspace of a 3D printer, then a printer chamber is purged with argon with simultaneous measurement of oxygen concentration in the printer chamber until the oxygen concentration in the printer chamber reaches below 0.02% with simultaneous heating of the plate to temperature of 100°C, then with use of laser with power ranging from 80 to 120 Watts, with scanning speed of 400 to 600 mm/s, with spot size of 0.1 mm and with a single layer thickness of 0.03 mm, components of a specified geometry and overall dimensions not exceeding values of 100x100x100 mm are printed, wherein, in order to achieve appropriate welding of the working layer to the base, three to five initial layers of the printed component are each scanned with a laser in triplicate, while the following layers of powder feed are scanned once, and in addition printing of the following layers is performed with the rotation of the scanning laser path by 67°, then printed component together with the shaft part made of structure steel is heat treated in temperature of 800 to 850°C in the argon protective atmosphere for time period ranging from 1 to 4 hours depending on the overall dimensions, then heat treated component is rapidly cooled down in water which initial temperature is in range of 18 to 25 °C while swirling the water until the component reaches a room temperature, then the component is subjected to aging process at temperature from 530 to 570 °C for period of time from 1 to 2 hours in the argon protective atmosphere and is air cooled.Hybrid metal tool according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a base part having a cylindrical shape of overall dimensions not exceeding 100x100x100 mm that was manufactured by machining method from structural steel, for example S235, and working part manufactured on the surface of the base part by 3D printing with DMLS method from Maraging M300 steel of overall dimensions not exceeding 100x100x100 mm, having relative porosity not exceeding 0.5%, hardness in range of 50-60 HRC (500-700 HV), and of roughness parameter Ra achieved after 3D printing with DMLS method ranging from 2.5 do 10 µm. |

The object of the present invention is a vibrating conveyor (1) comprising: a base body (2); a vibration drive (3) mounted on the base body (2); a trough (5) for conveying material (6), mounted on the base body (2) by means of a suspension system (7) comprising suspension sub-assemblies (7a); and a basic suspension (8) for mounting the vibrating conveyor on a ground (12) and connected to the base body (2). The vibrating conveyor (1) defines a direction η which is parallel to the direction of extension of the suspension sub-assemblies (7a) between the base body (2) and the trough (5), and a direction ξ which is the direction of the main working vibrations of the trough (5) and which is perpendicular to the direction η. The vibrating conveyor (1) includes at least one resilient buffer (9) attached to one of the base body (2) and the trough (5), wherein between the at least one resilient buffer (9) and the other of the base body (2) and the trough (5) there is a gap (10) extending in the direction ξ. The rigidity of the basic suspension (8) in the direction η is greater than the rigidity of the basic suspension (8) in the direction ξ. |
