Zusammenfassung
An equipment (31) for stacking sheets (32) comprises a plurality of suction conveyor belts (52) configured to transport sheets along a transport surface (TS), and a stack support (53) for receiving the sheets in a stacked arrangement. Lower branches of the conveyor belts are arranged above the stack support and are motor-driven to convey incoming sheets by suction along the transport surface. The sheets are stopped by a stopping member (82) mounted on a functional block (81) and deposited onto the stack support. The functional block (81) is movable in a longitudinal direction according to the length of the sheets to be stacked and supports deviation means (90) for guiding the lower branches of the conveyor belts (52) so as to form an accommodating space above the transport surface (TS) for the stopping member. The stopping member (82) has a cross-section (101) with a continuous profile projecting below the transport surface (TS) to reliabily stop the sheets conveyed by the conveyor belts (52). |

Zusammenfassung
An equipment (31) for stacking sheets (32) comprises a stack support (53) and a plurality of motor-driven conveyor belts (52) having lower branches (62) arranged above the stack support and configured to transport incoming sheets by suction and to deposit them onto the stack support or onto previously stacked sheets. The equipment further comprises a stopping member (82), a sensing device (83) for detecting the height of the stacked sheets, a compensation mechanism (54) for adjusting the height of the stack support, and an electronic control unit (37). The sensing device includes sensing rollers (84) arranged between the conveyor belts, (52) and configured to cooperate with the sheets in respective sensing areas, sensing supports (121) rotatably supporting the sensing rollers and independently movable, intermediate elements (129, 131) associated with the sensing supports, and a common shaft (133) rotatably connected to the intermediate elements. The sensing rollers (84) are lifted according to thickness of the sheets, causing displacement of the intermediate elements and rotation of the common shaft. The sensing device (84) is configured to transmit information indicative of the stack height the electronic control unit (37), which controls the compensation mechanism (54) as a function of the rotation of the common shaft (133). |
