Zusammenfassung
The present invention discloses a shockwave balloon dilation catheter with corona generator, including a dilation balloon, an outer tube, and an inner tube. The distal end of the inner tube extends beyond the distal end of the outer tube. The proximal end of the dilation balloon is sealed to the distal end of the outer tube, and the distal end of the dilation balloon is sealed to the distal end of the inner tube. A corona generator is disposed within the dilation balloon, including at least one set of electrodes each including at least one first electrode connected to a positive lead and at least one second electrode connected to a negative lead. The first and second electrodes are spaced apart. Discharge regions are provided on the first and second electrodes that contact the electrolyte liquid filling the inner cavity of the dilation balloon, thereby forming an electric field between the first and second electrodes. The first and second electrodes are fixed to the inner tube. Compared with conventional technologies, this invention improves the safety, ease of operation, reusability, and precise control of the balloon catheter. |

Zusammenfassung
This invention discloses an external guidewire shockwave balloon catheter including a balloon, a catheter, and a guidewire. The catheter includes an inner support rod and an outer tube that are deformable for supporting the balloon. The inner support rod is located inside the outer tube and is coaxial, with a gap between the outer tube and the inner support rod. The inner cavity of the balloon is communicated with the gap to allow the introduction of electrolyte fluid. The distal end of the inner support rod extends out from the distal end of the outer tube, and the proximal end of the balloon is sealed to the distal end of the outer tube. The distal end of the balloon has a balloon tip, which is sealed to the distal end of the inner support rod. A corona generator is located at the position of the inner support rod where it is positioned within the balloon, and an inlet communicating with the guidewire hole is located at the balloon tip. Compared with conventional technologies, by placing the external guidewire at the balloon tip, this invention achieves greater stress concentration on the vascular wall while guiding the balloon into the blood vessel and reaching the lesion site, and also enables the guidewire to function as a cutting guidewire. |

Zusammenfassung
A precious stone testing apparatus includes a testing circuit housed in a housing and tester probe unit extended from one end of the housing. The testing circuit includes a UVA/UVC LED module adapted to emit UVA LED light and UVC LED light onto a stone being tested and a heating system adapted to apply heat to the stone being tested. When the stone being tested is placed close to a testing end of a quartz light guide column, reflections of the UVA and UVC LED lights to the stone being tested are guided back to a UVA/UVC optical sensor while a thermal conductive tube encircling the quartz light guide column applies heat generated from the heating system to the surrounding of the stone being tested at the same time. |

The present invention provides a balloon catheter based on liquid corona discharge and its control method, the balloon catheter comprises an inner tube; a balloon closedly arranged around the inner tube; a corona generator located in the containment space between the inner tube and the balloon where electrolyte liquid is stored; a power pulse generator electrically connected to the corona generator; the corona generator is located in the electrolyte liquid in the containment space between the balloon and the inner tube; the corona generator receives the pulse electrical signals from the power pulse generator, the electrolyte liquid undergoes a corona reaction and generates molecular ionization, and the vapor bubbles produced by molecular ionization compress the electrolyte liquid, increasing the pressure within the balloon and driving the balloon to expand radially along the inner tube, thereby improving the safety, ease of operation, reusability, and precision control of the balloon catheter. |
