An injection physical foaming inner boot (100, 200, 300) includes a shaft portion (20) and a foot portion (10) including a forefoot section (11) and a hindfoot section (12). A hardness of the forefoot section (11) is greater than a hardness of the hindfoot section (12). The shaft portion (20) extends upwards from the hindfoot section (12) of the foot portion (10). The foot portion (10) and the shaft portion (20) are integrally formed. Both the foot portion (10) and the shaft portion (20) include a thermoplastic material and do not include a crosslinking agent and a chemical foaming agent. Both a specific gravity of the foot portion (10) and a specific gravity of the shaft portion (20) are 0.1∼0.3g/cm<3>.
