An active oxygen treatment device capable of more reliably treating a surface of a substance to be treated with active oxygen. An active oxygen treatment device includes: an ozone UFB-containing liquid producing section that produces an ozone UFB-containing liquid in which UFBs including ozone are contained in a liquid; a first reservoir section that stores the ozone UFB-containing liquid; an energy application device that applies energy necessary to decompose at least a part of the ozone included in the UFBs into active oxygen to the ozone UFB-containing liquid in a stored state in the first reservoir section and decomposes at least a part of the ozone into the active oxygen; and an active oxygen UFB-containing liquid supply device that supplies, to a substance to be treated, an active oxygen UFB-containing liquid that has been generated in the first reservoir section by decomposing at least a part of the ozone in the UFBs into the active oxygen through the application of the energy, the UFBs including the active oxygen being contained in a liquid in the active oxygen UFB-containing liquid. |

Provided is a polyurethane elastomer which has a matrix and a plurality of domains dispersed in the matrix, the polyurethane elastomer being characterized in that, in a specific molded body thereof, the number of included domains is 10 to 77,000, the arithmetic mean value of the sphere equivalent diameters of the domains is 1.0 µm to 30.0 µm, the ratio of the total volume of the domains is 15 vol% to 45 vol%, the relationship between a parameter A indicating the viscoelastic term of the domains and a parameter B indicating the viscoelastic term of the matrix is A < B, the microrubber hardness and the strain at 5 seconds after unloading are each within a specific range, and if C (mass %) and D (mass %) are respective ratios of the mass of an extract E1 and the mass of an extract E2, D/C is 1.0 to 5.0. |

The present invention provides: an electrode base material for secondary batteries with which it is possible to manufacture a secondary battery that has a low internal resistance; an electrode base material laminate; an electrode; a secondary battery; and methods for manufacturing the same. Disclosed is an electrode base material comprising: a resin base material; and active material particles and solid electrolyte particles on the resin base material, a particle layer comprising the active material particles and the solid electrolyte particles being formed on the resin base material, wherein, when the particle layer is viewed from a surface side in contact with the resin base material or from a surface side opposite thereto, the solid electrolyte particles are arranged so as to cover at least a part of surfaces of the active material particles, and wherein, in an observation of a cross section of the particle layer with SEM, a difference between the exposed surface area ratio of the active material particles on a specific surface of the particle layer and the exposed surface area ratio on the opposite surface falls within a specific range. |
