The method comprises: receiving configuration information sent by a network device, wherein the configuration information comprises a first measurement resource group set; on the basis of the configuration information, determining a second measurement resource group set from the first measurement resource group set; and on the basis of the second measurement resource group set, reporting a measurement value and indication information to the network device, wherein the indication information is used for determining the correspondence between a measurement resource group in the second measurement resource group set and the measurement value, and/or the indication information is used for determining a measurement resource group corresponding to the measurement value.

The present disclosure provides an information transmission method, apparatus, terminal, and network device, relating to the field of communication technologies. The information transmission method comprises: transmitting first information to a network device; wherein the first information is used to instruct a satellite device to release storage space allocated for the terminal upon satisfaction of a first condition, the first condition comprising completion of forwarding of data of the terminal stored thereon; or, the first information is used to instruct the satellite device to adjust a data storage duration of the terminal and/or adjust data storage capacity allocated by the satellite device for the terminal.

The present disclosure enables serving the terminal using a single target distributed node, which can reduce the delay and loss of the terminal in the signaling interaction and user plane data forwarding.
