There is provided a fluid pressure circuit capable of preventing unintentional operation of a cylinder device. A return flow passage 24-2, 30 through which a return fluid flows from a cylinder device 5 to a regenerative drive source 10 is provided with a control valve 61 that opens the flow passage 24-2, 30 in response to an operation of an operating device 12.

There is provided a sliding component that allows easy introduction-in or out of a fluid between a groove and a communicating space. In a sliding component 10 in which a pair of sliding rings 10 and 20 rotate relative to each other and which partitions a sealed fluid side space S1and a leakage side space S2 off from each other, a groove 13 opening to one of the spaces S1 and S2 is provided on a sliding surface 11 of the sliding ring 10, and an inclined surface 6 that faces a fluid space S10 formed between the groove 13 of the sliding ring 10 and the sliding ring 20 and that is expanded toward one of the spaces S1 and S2 is provided at an edge portion 10e of at least one of the sliding rings 10 and 20 on the side of the groove 13.

A shaft sealing device capable of maintaining high lubricity between sliding surfaces is provided. Communication paths 10k and 13 communicating with an external space are connected to a drive space A and a fluid in the drive space A introduced between a pair of sliding surfaces 31s and 32s by a fluid introduction mechanism 40 is replenished from an external space through the communication paths 10k and 13.
