The temperature-condition judgment section (61) makes a judgment on a temperature condition of the electrical storage device (31) based on a temperature (Tz) detected by an electrical-storage-device temperature detection section (37). The charge/discharge-electric-power-upper-limit setting section (65) sets charge/discharge electric power upper limit of the electrical storage device (31), based on a module temperature (Tmin) which is deviated to a side of a non-steady temperature condition and selected by the adopted-module-temperature selection section (63), when the electrical storage device (31) is judged to be under the non-steady temperature condition.

Provided is a NOx reducing device which is capable of effectively protecting a NOx controller against heat and water, while suppressing an increase in cost of a construction machine and deterioration in assemblability of the NOx controller. The NOx reducing device (22) comprises a device body (23), a tail pipe (27) provided at an outlet end portion of the device body (23), a NOx controller (26), and a mount table (30) supporting the device body (23). The mount table (30) comprises a top plate (28) and a leg (29) supporting the top plate (28). The device body (23) and the tail pipe (27) are provided on an upper side of the top plate (28). The NOx controller (26) is provided with respect to a lower surface (28c) of the top plate (28) in such a manner that the NOx controller (26) is entirely covered from thereabove by the top plate (28).

The tool box (30) includes a box body (31) defining an accommodation space (S) having an opening (31a) which opens the accommodation space (S) outwards and allows a tool to be put into and taken from the accommodation space (S) through the opening, and an opening/closing cover (35) which opens and closes the opening (31a). The tank body (41) is disposed outside the box body (31). The supply portion (42) includes a basal end connected to the tank body (41) and a distal end opposite to the basal end. The distal end is located in the accommodation space (S) at a position making the distal end visible from the outside of the box body (31) through the opening (31a) which is opened.
