The present invention relates to a pouch film laminate including a sealant layer; a barrier layer; and a base material layer, wherein the pouch film laminate further includes a high-melting-point resin layer on at least one surface of the barrier layer, wherein the high-melting-point resin layer includes a solid-state polymer electrolyte (SPE), and the high-melting-point resin layer has a melting point higher than melting points of the sealant layer and the based material layer.

A battery diagnosis apparatus and a battery diagnosis method are disclosed. The battery diagnosis method according to the present disclosure includes detecting a degradation feature point located within a reference voltage range from a differential capacity profile representing voltage-differential capacity relationship characteristics of a battery cell in the reference voltage range, updating degradation history information indicating a change history of at least one of position information or type information of the degradation feature point based on a result of detecting the degradation feature point, and diagnosing a degradation state of the battery cell based on the updated degradation history information.

The present disclosure relates to an electrode trimming device, and the electrode trimming device according to the present disclosure includes a trimming knife positioned on the opposite side of a transfer roller that transfers an electrode sheet based on the electrode sheet and performing a trimming process of removing unnecessary portions of edges of the electrode sheet; a support portion that supports the trimming knife; and a stopper unit that is supported by the support portion and allows the trimming knife to be spaced apart from the transfer roller by a certain distance to prevent the trimming knife from directly contacting the transfer roller.

A device may adjust a position of a shim plate mounted in a slot die coater for electrode manufacturing. The device may have a shim adjustment part including a displacement meter for measuring an offset value of a shim plate disposed in the die block and including a position adjuster for adjusting the position of the shim plate according to the measured offset value, so that the position of the shim plate can be precisely and easily adjusted to a micrometer level during the assembly of the slot die coater, thereby enabling excellent workability and productivity. Furthermore, the slot die coater with the adjusted position of the shim plate may be used in manufacturing electrodes for lithium secondary batteries with high reliability on the loading amount of the electrode slurry because the offset of the shim plate is precisely adjustable.
