A harness attachment structure in a vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes a drive unit configured to drive the vehicle and a battery unit configured to supply power to the drive unit via a harness. The drive unit is disposed on a vehicle rear side relative to the battery unit and includes a drive motor configured to drive a driving wheel and an inverter unit configured to convert power of the battery unit and supply the converted power to the drive motor. The harness includes one end configured as the first connection portion that is connected to the battery unit toward a vehicle front side at a rear portion of the battery unit, and the other end configured as the second connection portion that is connected to the inverter unit in a vehicle width direction at a side portion of the inverter unit. The harness is routed to curve at least in the vehicle width direction between the first connection portion and the second connection portion. |

Provided is an electric vehicle control method that selectively executes either a first power limit mode or a second power limit mode as a battery thermal protection mode in which a vehicle driving force is limited based on an upper limit battery power. In the first power limit mode, the upper limit battery power is calculated using a basic upper limit battery power function. In particular, the basic upper limit battery power function is determined to decrease in accordance with an increase in the battery temperature in a temperature region equal to or higher than a basic battery protection temperature. In the second power limit mode, the upper limit battery power is calculated using a corrected upper limit battery power function. In particular, the corrected upper limit battery power function is determined to decrease at a change rate lower than that of the basic upper limit battery power function in accordance with the increase in the battery temperature in a temperature region equal to or higher than a corrected battery protection temperature lower than the basic battery protection temperature. |
