The management unit switches the second wireless link to a state of not being used for data communication when communication quality of the second wireless link becomes worse than a predetermined first standard when the second wireless link is in a state of being used for the data communication, and switches the second wireless link to a state of being used for the data communication when the communication quality of the second wireless link becomes better than a predetermined second standard when the second wireless link is in a state of not being used for the data communication. |
