An access point that communicates with a terminal is provided, comprising:a first wireless signal processing unit configured to communicate first data using a first link established with the terminal; anda second wireless signal processing unit configured to communicate second data using a second link, the second link being different from the first link and established with the terminal,wherein, in the first wireless signal processing unit,a selection is made as to whether to start transmission of the first data based on whether the second wireless signal processing unit has acquired a transmission right when a transmission right is acquired according to a channel access procedure;transmission of the first data is performed in parallel with transmission of the second data in the second link, a first immediate response to the first data and a second immediate response to the second data are requested, and, in a case where a length of a period required for the transmission of the first data is shorter than a length of a period required for the transmission of the second data, information for aligning completion of the transmission of the first data and completion of the transmission of the second data is added to at least the first data; andthe first immediate response is received at a timing that does not overlap with either the first data or the second data.

A terminal apparatus configured to communicate with a base station, the terminal apparatus comprising a first wireless signal processing unit configured to establish a first link with the base station and store first time information, a second wireless signal processing unit configured to establish a second link with the base station and store second time information, the second link differing from the first link; and a link management unit configured to establish a multi-link with the base station by using the first wireless signal processing unit and the second wireless signal processing unit.

A sound signal downmixing method includes a delayed crosstalk addition step of obtaining, for each of two channels, a signal obtained by adding an input sound signal of one channel to a signal obtained by delaying an input sound signal of the other channel and multiplying the delayed input sound signal by a weight value that is a predetermined value having an absolute value smaller than 1, as a delayed crosstalk-added signal of the one channel, a left-right relationship information acquisition step of obtaining preceding channel information that is information indicating which of the delayed crosstalk-added signals of the two channels is preceding and a left-right correlation value that is a value indicating a magnitude of correlation between the delayed crosstalk-added signals of the two channels, and a downmixing step of obtaining a downmix signal by performing weighted addition on the input sound signals of the two channels based on the left-right correlation value and the preceding channel information such that more of an input sound signal of a preceding channel among the input sound signals of the two channels is included as the left-right correlation value becomes larger.

Interference in preamble signals and pilot signals in cooperative transmission using interference suppressing technology is avoided. A wireless apparatus for transmitting a wireless signal on which directivity control has been performed to stations in a wireless system including at least one wireless apparatus is provided with a known signal generating unit which generates a known signal to be added to the wireless signal, a weighting processing unit which performs weighting on the known signal generated by the known signal generating unit, and a wireless processing unit which transmits the known signal on which the weighting has been performed by the weighting processing unit.
