The invention concerns an autoinjector needle-housing assembly (10) extending along an axis (12) in a longitudinal direction (13) from a proximal end (14) to a distal end (16), the autoinjector needle-housing assembly (10) comprising a housing (20) comprising a proximal part (25) and a distal part (30) attached to the proximal part (25), a needle (40) attached to the proximal part (25) of the housing (20), and a sterility barrier (50) attached to the distal part (30) of the housing (20), wherein the housing (20) and the sterility barrier (50) form a first sealed cavity (55), wherein a distal end (44) of the needle (40) is in the first sealed cavity (55), wherein the autoinjector needle-housing assembly (10) comprises a recess (82) formed by the distal end of the autoinjector needle-housing assembly (10), wherein the recess (82) is shaped to receive a cartridge (70) and to form a second sealed cavity (80) between the autoinjector needle-housing assembly (10) and said cartridge (70). Corresponding methods are also described.

A support assembly for a medicament container of a medicament delivery device, comprises: a container support member having a proximal end and a distal end and configured to partially receive a medicament container; a deformable member arranged between a distal portion of the container support element and the proximal end of a flange of the medicament container; a rear support member arranged to be moved in contact with the distal end of the flange of the medicament container; wherein the deformable member is deformed by a clamping force generated by the container support member (11) and the flange of the medicament container, such that the deformation of the deformable member is configured to compensate an engineering tolerance of the medicament delivery device.

A medicament delivery device (1) comprising: a housing (3) having a proximal end (3a) and a distal end (3b); a multi-chamber container (21) arranged in the housing (3); a power assembly (27) having accumulated energy, arranged in the housing and configured to act on the multi-chamber container (21) for obtaining and delivering a blended compound inside the multi-chamber container (21); a manually operable assembly (30) extending from the distal end (3b) of the housing (3) and being connected with the power assembly (27), wherein upon a manual movement of the manually operable assembly (30) the power assembly (27) is forced to move towards the proximal end (3a) to pressurise the multi-chamber container (21); wherein the medicament delivery device (1) further comprises a needle shield sleeve (5) slidably arranged in the housing (3), the needle shield sleeve (5) being configured to interact with the power assembly (27) to release the accumulated energy after the power assembly (27) has been moved towards the proximal end (3b).
