The efficiency in yarn threading from the leading end side of a winding axis onto a plurality of heating rollers is improved. A spinning winder sends, to a winding unit below via a godet roller group 20 and two guide rollers 11 and 12, a plurality of yarns 10 spun out and serially supplied from a spinning machine above, and the winding unit winds the yarns 10. A godet roller group 20 is provided on the leading end side of a bobbin holder 7, and axes 21a to 24a of godet rollers 21 to 24 belonging to the godet roller group 20 are in parallel to the axis 7a of the bobbin holder 7.

Object of the invention is providing a filament yarn winding apparatus which is good for introducing each yarn to position of each bobbin and has good durability. A filament yarn winding apparatus (11) includes a spinning machine (12) and a winder (13). The winder (13) includes a first roller (23), a bobbin holder (16), a second roller (24), and a traverse support point guide (25). The first roller (23) receives a plurality of yarns (Y) from the spinning machine (12), The bobbin holder (16) holds a plurality of bobbins (B) configured to wind up the yarns Y from the spinning machine (12). The second roller (24) is orthogonal to an axis of the bobbin holder (16) and distributes the yarns Y sent from the first roller (23) to the bobbins (B). The traverse support point guide (25) serves as a support point of traverse for the yarns (Y) sent from the second roller (24) onto the bobbins. The second roller (24) is movable between a winding operation position (a) that is a normal position for yarn paths of the yarns (Y) during a winding operation and a threading operation position (b) that is lower than the winding operation position.

A take-up winder in which guide rollers are actively driven while the guide rollers are easily movable at the time of operations such as yarn threading is provided. The take-up winder includes a guide rollers 13 guiding yarns Y spun out from a spinning device to bobbins, respectively, and motors 24 driving the respective guide rollers 13. All yarns are surely cut and sucked irrespective of the number of the yarns. A yarn cutting-sucking device 40 includes a cutter 43 arranged to be movable in the alignment directions of yarns Y, a sucking unit 41 which is provided in proximity to the cutter 43 and includes a sucking pipe 45 which is movable in the alignment directions in the same manner as the cutter 43, and a cylinder 46 which is arranged to move the sucking pipe 45 along the alignment directions. As the cylinder 46 is driven, the cutter 43 and the sucking pipe 45 move in an alignment direction in a synchronous manner.

Damage on yarns is restrained while allowing the bending angles of the yarns at distribution guides by which the yarns spun out from a spinning unit are distributed to be large. Yarns 10 serially spun out and supplied from a spinning machine are conveyed to a winding unit below by two godet rollers, and in a winding unit the yarns 10 are distributed by fulcrum guides 13 and then wound onto bobbins attached to a bobbin holder. Each fulcrum guide 13 is a column having a radius of not shorter than 3mm and not longer than 8mm, and the yarn 10 is threaded on the outer circumference of the fulcrum guide 13. By rotating the fulcrum guide 13, the sliding position between the fulcrum guide 13 and the yarn 10 is changed. Furthermore, the movement of the yarn 10 threaded on the fulcrum guide 13 is restrained in the axial directions of the fulcrum guide 13, because the yarn 10 is arranged to pass through a slit 25a made through a restraining guide 25 which is provided above the fulcrum guide 13.

A yarn cutting apparatus is provided that improves the workability of the yarn threading operation while securely cutting a plurality of yarns. By improving the heat insulating efficiency in thermal insulation box, the power consumption of a heater for heating yarns fed from the yarn feeding roller is decreased. A roller unit 3 includes a godet roller 11, a separate roller 12, a thermal insulation box 13 housing the rollers 11 and 12, and a heat exchanger 30 provided outside the thermal insulation box 13. The heat exchanger 30 operates such that, as an exhaust fan 40 is driven, the air in the thermal insulation box 13 is exhausted through an inner tube 31. As an intake fan 41 is driven, the outside air passes through an outer tube 32 and then flows into the thermal insulation box 13 through a branched tube 34. At this stage, the heat exchanger 30 conducts heat exchange between the air running in the inner tube 31 and the air running in the outer tube 32.
