Zusammenfassung
The procedure is focused on the cancellation of the QPI frequency drift, in order to minimize the spectral width of the interference harmonics and, therefore, to efficiently reduce this interference (i.e. reduction of the QPI components with minimum distortion of the signal of interest). The procedure selects QPI harmonics suitable for the estimation of a time drift associated to the frequency drift; estimates the time drift; transforms the signal to a time-scale where the time drift (and therefore also the frequency drift) is cancelled; efficiently reduces the QPI components with minimal distortion of the signal; and transforms the signal back to the original time-scale, obtaining a signal substantially free of QPI. |

The present invention relates to a system for providing a bioink in the form of a spray. The system comprises: a) at least two spray configured to receive at least two syringes comprising a nozzle each, each syringe configured to receive one or more components of the bioink; b) a housing, configured to comprise the at least two spray heads and comprising at least two housing nozzles, the housing nozzle comprising a diameter bigger than the diameter of the spray head nozzle; c) a gas inlet connected to the housing configured to receive a gas; and d) a control system comprising at least two valves, each valve associated to a housing nozzle and configured to control the flow of the gas through each housing nozzle. Each valve is further configured to control the provision of the one or more components of the bioink from each syringe, by controlling the flow of gas through its housing nozzle. |

The present invention refers to the medical field. Particularly, the present invention refers to a method for the generation of a cDNA library from an RNA sample, which comprises: a) providing an adenylated the RNA, b) hybridizing the adenylated RNA with a first synthetic oligonucleotide that comprises a poly T tail, c) reverse-transcribing the hybridized RNA to cDNA, d) attaching the cDNA strand to a functionalized particle through a chemical bond, e) dehybridizing the RNA to expose the cDNA, characterized in that the steps (b) and/or (c) are performed in solution, and in that the method does not comprise ligation reactions between oligonucleotides. This methodology has multiple applications, including miRNA sequencing and quantification. |
