Über die Kanzlei
TRBL Intellectual Property ist der IP-Zweig von TRBL Services, einem 2013 in Madrid aus der Erfahrung zweier Partner in Ingenieurwesen und wissenschaftlicher Forschung gegründeten Unternehmen, das ursprünglich unter dem Namen Tribalyte Ideas firmierte. Neben der klassischen Patentberatung entwickelt das Unternehmen auch eigene Software, was der Kanzlei einen ungewöhnlich technischen Blick auf Erfindungen verschafft. Sie wird in Fachverzeichnissen wie dem IAM Patent 1000 als starker Akteur vor dem spanischen Patentamt und dem Europäischen Patentamt geführt und ist Mitglied der Spanisch-Finnischen Handelskammer. Zu den Mandanten zählen Multinationale ebenso wie Universitäten und Forschungseinrichtungen aus mehr als 30 Ländern.

The rotating packed bed (RPB) system (100) includes a shaft (101) connected to a rotor (109) with a top plate (102) and a base plate (103) positioned parallel to each other and separated to accommodate a packing material (118). A casing (107) houses the rotor assembly (109) and is designed to split into a first portion (107-1) and a second portion (107-2), allowing horizontal pivoting. The first portion (107-1) is detachable for accessing the rotor assembly (109). The system (100) includes one or more stepped tie rods (106) positioned at the inner and outer diameters of the top plate (102) and the base plate (103) to connect them securely. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to a Rotating packed bed (RPB) (101) wherein the rotor assembly (106) is supported on a roller assembly (100) for improved mechanical integrity and low vibrations and a method (200) thereof. The roller assembly (100) includes at least three rollers (102) distributes a load that is disposed in a rotating shaft (103) of the rotor assembly (106). The at least three rollers (102) are adapted to configure in a pre-determined configuration i.e. in triangular pitch. The outer layer (104) is disposed an exterior surface (104-1) of each of the at least three rollers (102) respectively. Further, the rotating shaft (103) is positioned at the center of the first (102-1), the second (102-2), and the third (102-3) rollers, such that the rotating shaft (103) comes in contact with the outer layer (104) of the three rollers (102-1), (102-2), (102-3) thereby provide support to RPB (101). |

The present invention discloses a device (1) for receiving an initial sequence (2) of polarized photons, modifying the polarization of each of said photons and performing measurements upon each of said photons according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device (1) comprises a beam splitter (3); two half-wave plates (4, 4'), two quarter-wave plates (5, 5'); two polarizer beam splitters (6, 6'), four single-photon detectors (7, 7', 7", 7‴), tagging means (8) connected to the single-photon detectors (7, 7', 7", 7‴) and rotating means (9) connected to the half-wave (4, 4') and quarter-wave plates (5, 5'). These elements are arranged and configured in such a way that the polarization of each photon comprised in the incoming light beam or initial sequence (2) of photons can be corrected before decoding. A system for transmitting a cryptographic key according to a Quantum Key Distribution, protocol with polarization correction and a method for correcting the polarization of each photon comprised in the sequence of photons used in the transmission of a cryptographic key according to a QKD protocol are also disclosed. |

Zusammenfassung
The present invention relates to an implant device (1) suitable for treatments based on delivering pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) electric fields to a treatment target area (2) of a subject's body. The implant device (1) comprises at least a plurality of primary electrodes (4) and an electronic circuit (5) connected to said plurality of primary electrodes (4). The plurality of primary electrodes (4) comprises at least a volume conduction electrode pair (4') comprised by a treatment electrode (4") and a return electrode (4‴), which are adapted to pick-up and channel input electrical energy flowing through a tissue of the subject's body in the form of a plurality of radiofrequency electric current pulses (16). The electronic circuit (5) is adapted to regulate said input electrical energy and deliver pulsed radiofrequency electric fields, through the treatment electrode (4"), to the treatment target area (2) of the subject's body. The invention also relates to a system (9) for applying treatments based on delivering pulsed radiofrequency electric fields, which comprises an implant device (1). |

Zusammenfassung
The present invention provides a device for obtaining data from a sample. This device comprises an external equipment with a laser source, a Raman spectrometer and an external LIBS spectrometer and a handheld probe. An excitation barrel (1) is configured to produce a collimated laser beam, the first folding mirror (2) is arranged to reflect the collimated laser beam and the first dichroic (3) is configured to project the reflected collimated laser beam into a first direction. A LIBS excitation source (6) is configured to produce a pulsed laser beam, a beam expander (7) is configured to produce an expanded laser beam with the same collimation status as the collimated laser beam, the second folding mirror (8) is arranged to reflect the expanded laser beam and the second dichroic (9) is configured to project the reflected expanded laser beam into the first direction. A focuser (4) is arranged in the first direction and is arranged to receive the reflected collimated laser light and the reflected expanded laser beam and focus them on a focusing point. The device further comprises a Raman collection barrel (5) and a LIBS collection barrel (10). Finally, an optical component (12) is configured to reflect part of the sample light coming from the focuser (4), a diaphragm (13) is configured to receive the light reflected by the optical component (12) and a camera system is configured to receive the light which passes through the diaphragm (13). |

Zusammenfassung
A fast-charging battery cell, a lithium-ion battery, and an electric product are disclosed, which relates to the field of new energy technology. In the fast-charging battery cell provided, the positive electrode is provided with positive electrode coating gaps, and the negative electrode is provided with negative electrode coating gaps. By optimizing the positions of the positive electrode coating gaps and negative electrode coating gaps, the ability of the negative electrode to accept lithium ions is enhanced, the increase in side reactions is minimized and the pressure at the corners is alleviated. As a result, the rate performance and cycling performance of the fast-charging battery cell are enhanced. A lithium-ion battery and an electric product comprising the above fast-charging battery cell are also provided. |
