Provided are a valve module and a solenoid valve. The valve module includes: a valve assembly (10), the valve assembly (10) being provided with a first accommodating cavity (11), a piston cavity (12), and a pilot valve port (13); a movable iron core (20) movably arranged in the first accommodating cavity (11), the movable iron core (20) being provided with a valve needle main cavity (21); a piston assembly (30), the piston assembly (30) being configured to open and close the pilot valve port (13), the piston assembly (30) being provided with a through piston channel (31), an end of the piston channel (31) serving as a pressure relief port (311), and an other end of the piston channel (31) being in communication with the pilot valve port (13); a return spring (40) arranged in the first accommodating cavity (11), the return spring (40) applying an elastic force to the movable iron core (20); and a small valve needle (50) arranged in the valve needle main cavity (21), wherein in a state that the pilot valve port (13) is closed, the movable iron core (20) is capable of abutting against the piston assembly (30), and the small valve needle (50) closes the pressure relief port (311). The elastic force of the return spring (40) of the valve module can act on the piston assembly (30) by means of the movable iron core (20), so that the solenoid valve is reliably opened and closed. The elastic force of the return spring (40) is prevented from directly causing a relatively large impact on the pressure relief port (311), thereby ensuring the sealing at the pressure relief port (311) during long-term use. |

A valve structure, comprising a valve body (100), a valve core (200), and a sealing ring (300). The valve body (100) has a valve cavity (110); the valve cavity (110) is provided with a valve port (101); the valve core (200) is movably arranged in the valve cavity (110), and is used for adjustably sealing the valve port; a sealing groove (210) is formed in the valve core (200) in the circumferential direction; the sealing ring (300) is at least partially arranged in the sealing groove (210); and the part of the sealing ring (300) exposed out of the sealing groove (210) is in sealing fit with the valve port. A cavity is formed between the sealing groove (210) and the sealing ring (300); a balance channel is formed in the valve core (200); one end of the balance channel is communicated with the cavity, and the other end of the balance channel is communicated with the space outside the valve core (200) and in the valve body (100). The direction of the fluid acting force received by the part of the sealing ring (300) exposed out of the sealing groove (210) is opposite to that of the fluid acting force at the cavity received by the sealing ring (300). The valve structure can reduce or avoid the deformation of the sealing ring (300). |

The electromagnetic coil includes: a body, a central portion of the body being provided with a first mounting hole extending therethrough; a limiting member located on a side of the body and arranged corresponding to the first mounting hole, wherein the limiting member is capable of being cooperatively connected to a valve body of an electromagnetic valve to fix the valve body within the first mounting hole; and a covering layer surrounding outer peripheries of the body and the limiting member so as to fix the body and the limiting member. By means of a technical solution provided by a present disclosure, a problem in a prior art that a fixing member is prone to loosening can be solved. |

Zusammenfassung
Provided in the present application are a pilot valve seat, a pilot valve and a reversing valve. The pilot valve seat comprises a valve seat body (100); the valve seat body (100) is provided with a plurality of pilot valve ports (101), which are used for connecting a capillary tube assembly; and the valve seat body (100) has an arc-shaped surface (102), the arc-shaped surface (102) being provided with an accommodating space arranged spaced apart from the pilot valve ports (101). When welded to a guide pipe (200) and the capillary tube assembly, the pilot valve seat is mounted in the guide pipe (200), the arc-shaped surface (102) of the valve seat body (100) is in contact with an inner wall of the guide pipe (200), and the capillary tube assembly is inserted into the corresponding pilot valve ports (101). Since the accommodating space is arranged spaced apart from the pilot valve ports (101), the installation of the capillary tube assembly is not affected; and solder is added to an outer surface of the guide pipe (200) and an outer surface of the capillary tube assembly for welding. During the welding process, the solder flows into the accommodating space of the valve seat body (100), such that the possibility of the solder flowing out of the range of the pilot valve seat to form overlapping is reduced, the hidden danger of flow welding is reduced, and it is ensured that the distance between a pipe opening of the guide pipe (200) and the pilot valve seat meets the requirement for positioning. |

A solenoid valve, including: a housing assembly (10), an installation cavity (11) being provided in the housing assembly; wherein the housing assembly has a first flow port (12), a second flow port (13), and a main valve port (17) located between the first flow port and the second flow port; and an on-off assembly (20), movably provided in the installation cavity; wherein the on-off assembly is used for controlling opening or closing of the main valve port, so as to realize connection and disconnection between the first flow port and the second flow port. The solenoid valve is in communication with the first flow port by providing the installation cavity, thereby avoiding a problem of a relatively large pressure difference between the first flow port or the second flow port with respect to the installation cavity inside the solenoid valve, further ensuring the smoothness and reliability of opening or closing of the solenoid valve, and avoiding a problem of failure of the solenoid valve, such that the solenoid valve has a simple overall structure, and is convenient to install and maintain. |
