Über die Kanzlei
Abel + Imray wurde 1871 in London von den beiden Ingenieuren Charles Denton Abel und John Imray gegründet, die wenig später auch zu den Gründungsmitgliedern des britischen Patentanwaltsinstituts CIPA zählten. Aus der Londoner Wurzel wuchs die Kanzlei über die Jahrzehnte zu einem Netzwerk mit Standorten in Bath, Cardiff, München und, als Reaktion auf den Brexit, im niederländischen Delft. Ihr 150-jähriges Bestehen feierte sie 2021 und beschreibt sich dabei selbst als „groß genug für Erfahrung und Rechtsexpertise, aber mit dem Denken einer kleinen Kanzlei“. Über die Patentarbeit hinaus deckt sie Marken, Designs, Urheberrecht sowie IP-Strategie, Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und Portfoliomanagement ab.

A tire monitoring device is disclosed, which detects potential hazards, such as debris, nails, and obstructions that could lead to tire damage or failure. The tire monitoring device comprises at least one embedded sensor positioned within the wheel well of a vehicle. The sensors are connected to an internal display panel positioned within a vehicle, such that drivers can receive notifications about issues, such as low tire pressure, punctures, and road debris. In one embodiment, the sensors have a thermoset exterior layer which serves the dual purpose of protecting both the vehicle body and the embedded sensors within. |

In some implementations, the coupling member may be secured with tactile feedback, seated by tension applied to the flexible member, and/or is flush with an outer surface of the mount when secured. The helmet system may further include a visor mount and a visor assembly configured for adjustable positioning along a rail. A flexible member assembly independently attachable to an object (150, 2800, 4200) associated with a helmet system is also disclosed. |
