Über die Kanzlei
Aera A/S wurde im Januar 2018 in Kopenhagen von den Molekularbiologen Nicka Kirstejn und Per Larsen gegründet und leitet seinen Namen vom lateinischen Wort für „Ära" ab. Die Kanzlei versteht sich als europäische IP-Beratung mit nordischen Werten und internationalem Blick und unterhält neben Kopenhagen weitere Standorte in Stockholm, Oslo, Berlin, München und Madrid. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf Patenten in den Life Sciences und der Technologiebranche, ergänzt um Markenrecht, Designs, IP-Transaktionen sowie streitige Verfahren. Im Team werden unter anderem Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch, Schwedisch und Dänisch gesprochen.
