The present invention relates to a method for processing a spent brewer's yeast stream in a biorefinery via distillation, wherein the spent brewer's yeast stream substantially consists of a water-alcohol mixture and yeast cells, comprising: separating the yeast cells from the water-alcohol mixture by means of an evaporation process in an evaporator and drying the separated yeast cells by spray drying using a heated air stream, wherein the heated air stream has a temperature of approximately 190°C-200°C and that the separated yeast cells are in contact with the heated air stream for approximately 15-20 seconds.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for securing storage and transport frames via their corner castings for the transport and storage of wind turbine blades, comprising a central shaft with two ends and a threaded sleeve. Wherein the central shaft comprises, at its center, two identical separated end portions, the separated end portions being provided on their external circumference with an external thread. Wherein the central shaft comprises, on opposite sides of the separated end portions, outer end portions that are further provided with a connection mechanism configured to engage with the corner castings of storage and transport frames. Wherein the threaded sleeve is suitable for connecting the separated end portions of the central shaft, wherein the threaded sleeve spans the two separated end portions of the central shaft and is provided with an internal thread that engages fittingly on the external thread.

In a first aspect, the invention relates to an apparatus for taking samples from a container, consisting of at least one spear with a pointed tip and an elongated cylindrical body, a drive for moving the spear along its longitudinal direction, and a frame that supports and guides the spear. The spear contains a hollow inner tube and a hollow outer tube that can rotate relative to each other, wherein the inner tube is located at least partially in the outer tube, wherein openings in both tubes can be oriented either overlapping or non-overlapping to form a passage to a hollow space in the spear in which a sample can be received. In a second aspect, the invention describes a method for taking samples from bulk goods in a container, comprising the steps of inserting a spear into the material, rotating the inner and outer tube to create a passage to the hollow space in the spear, and taking a sample via this passage. This method provides for more efficient and accurate sampling, while the structural strength of the spear prevents deformation during use.

The current invention relates to a cover 3 for encasing two or more hydraulic hoses that together form a bundle, the cover 3 comprising: one or more inner layers 4 comprising an open mesh or braid formed from a first plurality of polymeric strands, and one or more outer layers 5 comprising an open mesh or braid formed from a second plurality of polymeric strands, wherein the one or more outer layers 5 encase the one or more inner layers 4.
