HERNANDEZ IP wurde vom Patentanwalt Yorck R. Hernández gegründet, der seit 2003 zugelassen ist und aus einem Ingenieurs- und Telekommunikationshintergrund kommt, weshalb standardessenzielle Patente und FRAND-Verhandlungen zu seinen Spezialgebieten zählen. Von Grünwald aus, praktisch in Sichtweite von DPMA, Europäischem Patentamt und Bundespatentgericht, berät die Kanzlei auf Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Französisch und Japanisch und übernimmt neben klassischer Anmeldearbeit auch Patent-Due-Diligence für Investoren und Scale-ups. The raw data are transmitted from the wearable device to external devices for storage and evaluation. The data is compared and contrasted with reference information derived for the individual as well as a larger population of individuals and evaluated for wellness and clinical implications.
