Said screw is in releasable engagement with said support member and that said releasable engagement is adapted such that the screw is maintained in the position where it extends substantially between the upper region of the support member and the lower region of the support member as long as turning of the screw causes the tab to move unobstructed towards the upper region of said support member and releasing the screw when the tab meets an obstruction.
