A method for sawing or milling coupling parts onto rigid insulation panels (1) comprises the steps of a) providing a rigid insulation panel (1) comprising a rigid foam core (4) between a first facer (2) and a second facer (3), wherein the rigid foam core (4) is a rigid isocyanurate foam core or a rigid polyurethane foam core; b) sawing or milling at a first edge (6) of the rigid insulation panel (1) thereby removing a section of the first facer (2) as well as material from the foam core (4); and evacuating the sawing or milling dust in a first evacuation stream; c) sawing or milling at the first edge (6) of the rigid insulation panel (1) into the rigid foam core (4) without sawing or milling in the first facer (2) nor in the second facer (3); and evacuating the sawing or milling dust in a second evacuation stream. The dust from the second evacuation stream is collected for recycling purposes without being combined nor mixed with dust from the first evacuation stream.

A method for producing rigid polyurethane foam comprises the steps of:- providing ingredients comprising a first polyol mixture, a second polyol mixture, a polyisocyanate, at least a blowing agent, at least a surfactant, at least a catalyst, and optionally additives such as flame retardant additives;- mixing the ingredients thereby obtaining a liquid polyurethane foam formulation for producing a rigid polyurethane foam; and- depositing the liquid polyurethane foam formulation;characterized in that the second polyol mixture comprises polyurethane particles dispersed in the second polyol mixture.

A method for manufacturing a product comprising a three dimensional surface layer, said method at least comprising the following steps: applying of a water based resin on an underlying surface of the product, wherein said water based resin is at least in part thermocurable; providing a UV-curable liquid onto at least one portion of said water based resin, when said water based resin is liquid or partially cured; curing the water based resin at least by heating; optional UV curing of said UV-curable liquid; optional removing of said UV-curable liquid; and optional pressing of the surface layer and underlaying surface by a pressing device.

A coated panel comprises at least a substrate (2) and a top layer applied on the substrate (3). The top layer (3) comprises at least a decor layer (4), a translucent or transparent wear layer (5), and optionally a backing layer. The wear layer (5) comprises - and preferably consists of - a thermally cured acrylate resin. Preferably, the thermal curing partially or completely cures the resin, preferably by a thermally initiated radical crosslinking reaction. The top layer comprises a relief.

A method for making a coated paper sheet, wherein the coated paper sheet comprises a paper sheet and a partially cured acrylate coating layer. The partially cured acrylate coating layer is provided for being at least partially cured in a thermal pressing operation. The method comprises the steps of providing a paper sheet; and applying a coating composition onto the paper sheet thereby obtaining a coating layer on the paper sheet. The coating composition comprises at least an acrylate resin, one or more components that comprise free hydroxyl groups, one or more components that comprise free isocyanate groups, and optionally one or more thermoinitiators. The method comprises the step of gelling the coating composition on the paper sheet to a non-viscous state; and such that the acrylate coating layer is a partially cured coating layer.
