A rectangular panel comprises four edges each provided with continuous coupling profiles. The coupling profiles enable to couple a plurality of such panels. The panels and the coupling profiles are configured such that only one type of panel is required to install the panels in herringbone configuration.

Method for manufacturing panels, in which the method includes at least the step of covering (23) one or more side edges (2-3-4-5) of a relevant panel (1), moving the panel (1) with its respective side edge (4) relatively beyond an application device (34), characterized in that the application device (34) includes at least one, and preferably at least two, nozzles (35-36), with at least one nozzle (35) positioned in the plane of the panel when viewed at an angle (A) of less than 90° to the corresponding side edge (4). The invention also relates to a floor panel (1) with a covered side edge (4).

A method for manufacturing a product comprising a three dimensional surface layer, said method at least comprising the following steps: applying of a water based resin on an underlying surface of the product, wherein said water based resin is at least in part thermocurable; providing a UV-curable liquid onto at least one portion of said water based resin, when said water based resin is liquid or partially cured; curing the water based resin at least by heating; optional UV curing of said UV-curable liquid; optional removing of said UV-curable liquid; and optional pressing of the surface layer and underlaying surface by a pressing device.

A coated panel comprises at least a substrate (2) and a top layer applied on the substrate (3). The top layer (3) comprises at least a decor layer (4), a translucent or transparent wear layer (5), and optionally a backing layer. The wear layer (5) comprises - and preferably consists of - a thermally cured acrylate resin. Preferably, the thermal curing partially or completely cures the resin, preferably by a thermally initiated radical crosslinking reaction. The top layer comprises a relief.

A method for making a coated paper sheet, wherein the coated paper sheet comprises a paper sheet and a partially cured acrylate coating layer. The partially cured acrylate coating layer is provided for being at least partially cured in a thermal pressing operation. The method comprises the steps of providing a paper sheet; and applying a coating composition onto the paper sheet thereby obtaining a coating layer on the paper sheet. The coating composition comprises at least an acrylate resin, one or more components that comprise free hydroxyl groups, one or more components that comprise free isocyanate groups, and optionally one or more thermoinitiators. The method comprises the step of gelling the coating composition on the paper sheet to a non-viscous state; and such that the acrylate coating layer is a partially cured coating layer.

Board, wherein the board (11) is based on MgO and MgChloride or wherein the board (11) is based on MgO and MgSulphate, characterized in that the board (11) comprises plant fibers.

A decorative panel (12) comprises a decorative top layer (13), a core (14) and a balancing layer (15). The decorative panel (12) is rectangular; and comprises a first pair of opposite edges (20, 21). The edges of the first pair of edges comprises coupling parts provided with locking parts (27, 28). The decorative surface of the decorative panel comprises at least one slot (30) - and preferably a plurality of slots - extending through the decorative top layer (13) into the core (14).

A method for manufacturing a bullnose tile comprising the steps of: providing a ceramic tile that comprises a base body made of a ceramic material, wherein the base body has a main surface and a bullnose edge; providing a decorative layer on top of said bullnose edge, by inkjet printing a curable ink to form a décor; curing said curable ink; wherein said curable ink, after printing, is in direct contact with the ceramic material of the base body.

A method for producing boards, wherein raw material (6) is provided and production steps are performed to obtain said boards, with half products formed during said production steps, wherein the productions steps comprise at least the following production steps: -a basic step wherein at least said raw material (6) is transported to a shaping unit (1); -a shaping step, wherein said raw material (6) is formed into plate shaped material to form a plate shaped half product (7); -a sawing step wherein said plate shaped half product (7) is sawn to board shaped half products (8); wherein these board shaped half products (8) are formed into respective boards, wherein, a number of boards is linked to a respective ID tag or comprises a respective ID tag, wherein said ID tags comprise individual data about parameters relating to production steps of said respective boards.

A panel (1) comprising at least a lignocellulose based substrate (2), such as a wood fiber board or a particle board, said substrate (2) comprising an upper surface and a lower surface, and at least one covering layer (3a, 3b) attached to the upper surface or the lower surface, characterized in that said covering layer (3a, 3b) comprises a metal layer (4) and/or is an electrically conductive layer and method to manufacture such panels.
