Abstract
A semiconductor light-emitting element array (100) comprises a substrate (12) and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements (90, 91, 92) arranged above the substrate (12) in one direction, wherein, in case that a ratio of a total area of a via (20d) hole to an area of an optical semiconductor laminate is defined as a via area ratio, and that a semiconductor light-emitting element (92b) having the highest via area ratio among the semiconductor light-emitting elements is defined as a maximum-via-area-ratio element (92b), via area ratios of semiconductor light-emitting elements (92a, c, d, e, f) except for the maximum-via-area-ratio element (92b) tend to decrease monotonically with increasing distance from the maximum-via-area-ratio element (92b).
