Abstract
A cold plate for removing heat from an electronic component in a data center is disclosed. The cold plate includes: a housing having one or more openings; fins enclosed in the housing, wherein each of the fins extends from top to bottom inside the housing and has an airfoil shape. The one or more openings include: an inlet for receiving fluid and an outlet for discharging fluid.
