Abstract
A multi-layered electrical display assembly and method includes a display having a mounting side and a viewing side. The mounting side is coupled with a mounting surface and the viewing side displays a first image with one or more display elements. A panel assembly includes a substrate having a first side and a second side. The panel assembly includes one or more conductive traces and plural electrical components disposed on the first side of the substrate. The plural electrical components are controlled to display a second image. The second side of the substrate is coupled with the viewing side of the display to cover a portion of the viewing side of the display.
