Abstract
A system for assisting an emergency call responder in obtaining information related to an emergency call comprises a responder interface enabling communication with an emergency call responder, information processing means connected to the responder interface and at least one information source, The information processing means is configured to obtain information from the at least one information source in information source specific format, to convert the obtained information into text format and to forward the information to the responder interface based on the text format.
