The present disclosure relates to a semiconductor structure for a 3D DRAM comprising one 1T1C memory cell architecture and vertical bit lines. The semiconductor structure comprises a stack of semiconductor layers and dielectric layers alternatingly arranged along a first axis. Further, a first and second pillar of memory cells arranged displaced along a second axis and extending along the first axis through the stack. Each memory cell comprises a part of one of the semiconductor layers, and one transistor structure and one capacitor with a semiconductor channel and a metal gate that at least partly surrounds the semiconductor channel. The metal gates of memory cells in the same pillar are isolated from each other, and metal gates of memory cells that comprise parts of the same semiconductor layer form an integral metal structure. |

This application provides a reference signal transmission method and transmission apparatus. The transmission method includes: obtaining, by a network device, reference information of a terminal device, where the reference information includes at least one of an identifier of the terminal device and scheduling information of the terminal device; determining, by the network device, a transmission parameter of a phase tracking reference signal PTRS of the terminal device based on the reference information, where the transmission parameter includes at least one of a sequence of the PTRS and a frequency domain position of the PTRS; and transmitting, by the network device, the PTRS with the terminal device based on the transmission parameter. According to the reference signal transmission method and transmission apparatus provided in embodiments of this application, interference to the PTRS can be randomized. |

Both the terminal device and the network device can determine a scheduling limitation generated when the terminal device performs measurement, so that the terminal device may neither receive the signal other than the first reference signal nor send any signal on a time domain symbol having the scheduling limitation, to reduce interference, caused by measurement, to sending and/or receiving of another signal. |

The present invention discloses a subband switching method, including: determining, by a network device, a target subband to which user equipment is to switch; sending, by the network device, identification information of the target subband to the user equipment; determining configuration information of the target subband according to the identification information of the target subband; and switching, by the user equipment, to the target subband according to the configuration information of the target subband. In the subband switching method provided in embodiments of the present invention, switching between subbands can be implemented, so that when the UE has a subband switching requirement, the user equipment can be instructed to switch to a target subband. This disclosure proposes a reference voltage circuit, which may be used with a temperature sensor of a neural interface. The circuit comprises a first MOS transistor for providing a current to a set of transistors. In the set of transistors, a second MOS transistor generates a first PTAT voltage, a BJT generates a CTAT voltage, and a third MOS transistor generates a second PTAT voltage. The reference voltage is the sum of the first and second PTAT voltage and the CTAT voltage. The first and the third MOS transistor are of the same type of device, and a source-bulk voltage of the third MOS transistor is non-zero. The first PTAT voltage is independent of a threshold voltage of the second MOS transistor, and a dependence of the second PTAT voltage on the threshold voltage of the third MOS transistor is the opposite of a dependence of the CTAT voltage on a threshold voltage of the first MOS transistor. |

This application provides a sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus. A sequence used for sending a signal on a PUSCH is determined. The sequence is a sequence {x<sub>n</sub>} including N elements, x<sub>n</sub> is an element in the sequence {x<sub>n</sub>}, and the determined sequence {x<sub>n</sub>} is a sequence satisfying a preset condition. Then, a first signal is generated and sent. By using the determined sequence, when a signal is sent on the PUSCH, relatively good sequence frequency domain flatness can be maintained, and a relatively low PAPR value and a relatively low cross-correlation between sequences can be maintained, thereby satisfying a communications application environment in which a signal is sent on the PUSCH, especially an NR system scenario or an NR similar scenario. |

This disclosure relates to power control in wireless data transmission. A power control method is disclosed. The method comprises adjusting an amplitude of a digital baseband signal and/or a power supply voltage of a switched capacitor power amplifier (SCPA); and generating, by the SCPA, a radio frequency (RF) signal based on the adjusted digital based signal. The adjustment of the amplitude of the digital baseband signal prioritizes the signal quality performance (EVM). The adjustment of the SCPA power supply prioritizes the transmission efficiency. According to the disclosed method, different mechanisms may be employed to ensure a desired system performance while performing output power control. |
