Zusammenfassung
An arrangement for a pressure measurement of a breathing gas flowing along a flow channel (2) is disclosed herein. The arrangement includes at least two branch lines (5) in pneumatic communication with the flow channel, each of the at least two branch lines having a predetermined gas volume. Each of the branch lines includes a measuring channel (5) for transmitting gaseous pressure signals from the flow channel. The at least two branch lines also includes at least one sensor (8, 9) in pneumatic communication with the measuring channel of at least one of the at least two branch lines for providing a signal indicative of a pressure in the flow channel. The arrangement further includes a balancing volume (11, 26) in pneumatic communication with at least one of the branch lines for substantially equalizing the predetermined gas volumes of the at least two branch lines. |

Zusammenfassung
A gas analyzer for measuring at least two components of a gas is disclosed herein. The gas analyzer includes an emitter (17) for being able to emit infrared radiation through the gas and a filter assembly (32) for allowing a transmission of predetermined wavelengths emitted by the emitter. The gas analyzer also includes a detector (31) for receiving wavelengths emitted by the emitter and penetrated through the filter assembly. The filter assembly comprises at least two tunable narrowband interference filters (33, 43) in series, each of the filters comprising two dielectric mirrors (35, 36 and 45, 46) and an air space (34, 44) between the two dielectric mirrors to tune one of the filters to different transmission band than another of the filters. Zusammenfassung
An apparatus for analyzing a breathing gas flowing along a breathing tubing for subject breathing is disclosed herein, The breathing gas includes breathing cycles having different phases. Liquid particles can be delivered at times depending on the phase or continuously into the breathing gas. The apparatus includes a gas sample supplier (20) for adjusting gas sample supply from the breathing gas, and a gas analyzer (12) for receiving the gas sample adjusted by the gas sample supplier and for measuring the gas sample property. The apparatus also includes a processing unit (25) for receiving a signal indicative of one of the phase of the breathing cycle and the delivery timing of the liquid particles. The processing unit is able to control the sample supplier based on the signal to limit access of liquid particles with the gas sample towards the gas analyzer. A corresponding method and arrangement is also provided. |
